Handmade candles and festive pieces can be made for a particular occasion. Because no returns policy has been confirmed, please ask NEHAA VELORA how a change of mind, a damaged parcel, or a custom order will be handled before you pay.

What to publish later

Replace this page when you know which items can come back, in what condition, within what time, and whether return postage is paid by the customer or by the business. Do not copy another shop’s policy unless it is truly how you work.
